Work you'll do

As a Facilitator and Project Manager of Strategy and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting modernization of the Logistics Information Technology (LogIT) portfolio to help teams deliver mission value faster.

• Lead IT portfolio consolidation and modernization strategy activities, including portfolio assessments, prioritization, roadmaps, governance, and delivery planning.
• Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, and stakeholder sessions with leaders to drive alignment, decisions, and actionable outcomes for enterprise technology adoption.
• Develop approaches for evaluating, adopting, and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI capabilities into logistics information technology processes, services, and portfolio initiatives.
• Translate mission, business, operational, and technical needs into actionable requirements, implementation roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives across business, operational, and technical teams.
• Lead project management and process-improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and business process reengineering, to improve portfolio delivery, technology integration, and mission support.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance
• 3+ years of experience in information technology portfolio consolidation, information technology modernization strategy, software development lifecycle management, and project management responsibilities
• 3+ years of experience supporting the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence, generative artificial intelligence, or enterprise technology capabilities in a military, logistics, or enterprise information technology environment
• Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Ability to be onsite in Dayton, OH 2 days a week
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience supporting consolidation or modernization of logistics information technology portfolios
• Experience supporting logistics operations environments
PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certifications

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $193,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
