We’re hiring an organized, dependable Superintendent to oversee field quality on luxury landscape and pool projects. We’re growing quickly and promote from within.
Compensation
Base + incentive:
- Project excellence bonuses and commission opportunities
Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned jobs under your Project Manager
- Post daily project updates in Buildertrend
- Conduct quality-control visits and direct crews and subs on corrections per plans and engineering
- Coordinate deliveries and crew assignments with Scheduling and Purchasing; deliver materials when vendors can’t
- Report job completion biweekly for crew payroll
Requirements
- 4+ years of landscape, hardscape, or pool construction experience
- Knowledge of irrigation, plant/tree ID, pavers/travertine, masonry, structures, and pool construction
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, and metal work
- Able to read CAD plans, review permits, and work with inspectors on site
- Strong communication and time management
- Spanish is a plus, not required
Primarily field-based with occasional office time.
