- Own and perform preventative maintenance on assigned production equipment and facilities in accordance with established PM schedules and methods. Continuously improve PM effectiveness and documentation.
- Assist in design, fabrication, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
- Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds (some weekends and holidays required).
- Properly identify parts and supplies needed to support repairs and upgrades of equipment. Obtain quotes and order parts from suppliers.
- Assist engineers and factory managers with installation and relocation of process equipment. Assist in performing production line safety reviews and equipment reliability qualifications.
- Perform hazard and ergonomic assessments and resulting upgrades of new and existing process equipment.
- Follow established safety and change management processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three or more years of relevant maintenance experience (five preferred).
- Basic computer/database proficiency.
- Strong customer service and communication.
- Soldering is a plus.
Work Schedule
Four-day workweek with one six-hour Friday coverage shift approximately once per month.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 23.46 - 43.56
