Keeley Construction in Phoenix AZ is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing overall project safety management and compliance with the applicable company safety expectations, rules, and regulations.
- Responsible for overall success and management of all assigned projects.
- Confer with Preconstruction Services during the preparation of estimates regarding methods, systems, schedule, and general conditions.
- Lead and oversee field meetings including safety, coordination, and schedule meetings.
- Enforce compliance with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules and client requirements.
- Document all violations, notify Project Management personnel, and recommend/implement corrective actions as required.
- Provide performance feedback for project team members.
- Manage the coordination of onsite subcontractors and their work.
- Provide technical assistance, interpretation of drawings, and recommendation of construction methods and equipment installation.
- Support Project Management Personnel with overseeing and directing construction progress tracking and forecasting.
- Read, interpret, and understand controls and instrumentation drawings, specification, and commercial documents.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years' related experience with large scale commercial or industrial construction project operations required such as level one, clean room experience.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- OSHA 30-hour Card.
- Proficient knowledge of Procore.
