What You’ll Do
- Oversee drywall hanging and finishing operations
- Coordinate manpower across multiple projects
- Conduct quality walkthroughs before builder inspections
- Work closely with builders to resolve punch items
- Ensure projects stay on schedule
- Train and mentor field supervisors
- Maintain safety compliance
- Monitor productivity and labor efficiency
What You Need
- 3+ years of drywall installation or finishing experience
- Previous superintendent or field management experience
- Strong knowledge of drywall quality standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
