Supply Chain Intern Jobs in Mississippi: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a supply chain intern in Mississippi?
Supply chain interns in Mississippi do not require a state-issued license or certification to work. Most employers hire candidates who are enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor's program in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or operations at institutions like Mississippi State University, the University of Mississippi, or Jackson State University. Completing relevant coursework and pursuing a Certified Supply Chain Professional credential can strengthen your application.
Which companies hire supply chain interns in Mississippi?

Which Mississippi cities have the most supply chain intern jobs?
Iuka, Brookhaven, and Jackson have the most supply chain intern openings in Mississippi. Jackson anchors the market as the state capital with a concentration of distribution and healthcare logistics employers, while Olive Branch benefits from its position in the Memphis metropolitan freight corridor, and Gulfport draws intern demand from Gulf Coast port operations and manufacturing facilities along the coast.
Are there remote supply chain intern jobs in Mississippi?
Yes, but they're rare. Supply chain intern roles are largely hands-on, requiring work in warehouses, distribution centers, or manufacturing plants, so most positions are on-site by nature.
