Responsibilities
- Analyze data from ERP, EHR, finance, purchasing, inventory, contract, and item master systems to support supply chain operations.
- Perform utilization, spend, variation, inventory, and cost analyses to identify opportunities for standardization, savings, and operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure supply chain performance.
- Provide analytical support for business cases, contract evaluations, value analysis initiatives, and strategic planning efforts.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations based on data analysis and forecasting.
- Lead supply chain analytics projects related to clinical utilization, inventory optimization, product standardization, and cost reduction.
- Develop forecasting models to support purchasing, inventory management, and operational planning.
- Collaborates in item master governance, data integrity, and ongoing data maintenance activities.
- Establish consistent analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and performance measures.
- Provide guidance to supply chain analysts and collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
