Overview
We are seeking a Data Center Supply Chain Lead to join our Mission-Critical Data Center team. This team is growing rapidly and is working on some of the most exciting projects in North America.
Your role
- Lead supply chain planning, negotiations and execution for data center programs.
- Work closely with Cost, Scheduling and Design / Engineering teams to provide certainty.
- Track Purchase Orders and lead times vs budget, contract terms and forecasts.
- Assist in developing mitigation strategy for all OFCI equipment.
- Analyze project documents to identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
- Participate in project meetings and provide ongoing support to project teams throughout the project at all phases.
- Collaboration with site teams and client leads.
- Support program wide efforts to reduce costs and increase cost certainty.
- Act as a primary contact for data center clients, ensuring all objectives are achieved.
- Travel to client site / office as required.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain with data centers.
- Construction consultancy experience preferred.
- Strong foundation in budgeting, financial reporting, estimating systems and software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $140,000 - $200,000+ annually hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
