Job Details
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, E-Mail, and other electronic mediums covering MM AMR, AMI from meter reading through to transfer into the customer billing system.
- Install and send new releases of company software to client via appropriate channels
- Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer or meter reading systems
- Configure software to connect to Internet application servers
- Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services
- Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to company offered systems
- Once trained the position will require remote and on-site installation training to customers on company offered systems
- Support sale of Harmony 'Azure Cloud' & upgrades of DCS to Harmony
- Support Harmony interfaces, and a variety of technical needs including but not limited to 3Gtechnician.net, DCS, VRS, etc
