Essential Functions
- Under administrative direction, serves as the Senior Solution Architect for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), providing a full range of highly complex professional and advisory information technology services, creating detailed architectural designs and technical solutions that align with agency objectives and technical requirements while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Serves as a highly advanced specialist in planning, designing, and implementing the integration solution architecture.
- Serves as advisor and subject matter expert, providing solutioning directives, questions, concerns, and issues, communicating with clients, technicians, and third-party vendors as required.
- Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology (IT) field.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with course work in computer science or directly related fields.
- Requires five (5) years of professional experience with full-stack application development, Solution Architecture, or a related Information Technology field.
Specialized Skills
