Responsibilities:

Ensure network reliability, performance, and security, proactively monitoring and resolving issues.

Collaborate on IT related projects, upgrades, and expansions to support business growth.
-
Perform incident response and root cause analysis for system outages.
-
Assist in the design and implementation of wired and wireless networks.
-
Implement, manage, and maintain hardware and hardware configurations including access points, handheld scanners, tablets, printers, and security cameras.
-
Develop and maintain documentation including topology diagrams, configuration standards, IP address management, and operational procedures.
-
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and corporate policies.
-
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies.
-
Ability to work in hot and cold industrial environments where PPE is required.
-
Operate boom lifts and be comfortable working at heights.
-
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
-
Travel 25%.
Basic Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent work experience in related job function. Working conditions are an office environment with minimal physical exertion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Typically more than three (3) years of experience in related job function. May require professional certification.
