Summary/Objective
Establish, maintain, and implement IMS; Auditing and monitoring IMS to meet law regulations, improve customer satisfaction and interested parties' expectations.
Essential Functions
- Compile an annual audit plan according to company management and related parties' requirements, and submit for review and approval.
- Organize and implement Audit according to the annual audit plan, and follow up audit findings to be closed.
- Responsible for the effective control of Integrated Management System documents.
- Organize internal audit, and be responsible for follow-up audit issue closure.
- Organize third-party audit, and be responsible for follow-up audit issue closure.
- Organize customer IMS audit, and be responsible for follow-up audit issue closure.
- Participate in the second-party audit of the new program.
- Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of integrated management system training.
- Other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

- Quality tools: IATF 16949, VDA6.3, FMEA/SPC/MSA/CP/APQP/PPAP, 8D, CSR etc.
- Other tools: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA etc.

Supervisory Responsibility
No supervisory responsibility in this position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role does call for an occasional need to go on to the plant floor or to go to off-site customer locations.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Must be able to distinguish between different colors and shapes of glass.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position - days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree and two years in automotive Quality field IATF internal auditor, ISO14001, and ISO45001 internal auditor experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in automotive Quality field IATF internal auditor, ISO14001, and ISO45001 internal auditor experience.
- A Master’s degree and 2 years in automotive Quality field IATF internal auditor, ISO14001, and ISO45001 internal auditor experience.
