Join Safeway Tax Relief and embark on a fulfilling journey as a Case Manager, where your primary mission will be to meticulously gather all necessary documents to get our clients' on the best IRS resolution possible and ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience. You will diligently manage a portfolio of clients, guiding their cases efficiently towards our Enrolled Agetns with all requisite documents and keeping them informed of updates and significant milestones throughout their journey.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of case information, including clients’ income, expenses, and assets, to pinpoint all essential documents needed for tax resolution, as well as for submitting their resolution package to the IRS.
• Efficiently manage a pipeline of cases, setting task reminders, scheduling and conducting appointment calls, and maintaining regular communication with clients via email and SMS to continuously move cases forward.
• Accurately document all interactions, communications, and case status updates using the company's CRM system.
• Offer clients regular case updates, employing a transparent, open, and supportive tone to ensure high satisfaction levels and proactively reduce confusion and complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to swiftly address client concerns and answer queries.
• Handle sensitive and confidential IRS documents, such as IRS Transcripts and Notices, with proficiency in navigating and understanding key details.
• Effectively manage and prioritize workload based on complexity and volume, ensuring adherence to company operating procedures.
• Issue tax forms to clients as needed and perform additional essential job functions as required or assigned.
• Manage a significant volume of inbound client calls and maintain a calendar to ensure appointments are timely and accurately kept.
• Liaise with the Quality Assurance (QA) department and other departments as necessary to address client questions and advance cases.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in TalkDesk or similar cloud-based automated phone software.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suites, Excel, Google Gmail, Calendly, and internal communication tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and call handling abilities.
• Acute attention to detail with the capability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining productivity and a strong work ethic.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, high-energy, and challenging environment.

Salary: $19 - $23/Hr
