Owner-Operator Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership:

• Provide exceptional chiropractic care as the primary practitioner
• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients
• Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems using chiropractic diagnosis
• Perform manual adjustments to correct musculoskeletal issues
• Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care
• Develop and recommend treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate patient case histories and medical records
• Provide referral for diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships that drive retention and referrals

Business Management:

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient experience
• Manage and lead clinic staff including front desk, associate chiropractors, and administrative personnel
• Drive membership sales and patient acquisition strategies
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, expenses, and profitability

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing, and corporate standards

Qualifications Required

Educational & Licensing:

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a CCE accredited chiropractic college
• Passing scores for Parts I-IV and physiotherapy from NBCE and Texas Jurisprudence Exam
• Valid DC license and fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Texas
