Position Summary. The Technical Training Program Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for workforce training programs focused on small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (sUAS) and emerging mobility technologies. This part-time position coordinates training logistics, participant support, documentation, and reporting activities to ensure successful program delivery. The Coordinator works closely with instructors, learners, and program leadership to support workforce development initiatives and training activities.
Key Responsibilities
Program Administration
Coordinate participant registration, enrollment, orientation, and communications.
Maintain training schedules and calendars.
Track attendance, course completion, and credentialing records
Manage learner records and training documentation with accuracy.
Assist with onboarding of students, instructors, and guest speakers.
Organize assessments and distribute to relevant stakeholders
Reporting & Documentation
Collect and organize data for grant and program reporting.
Maintain training performance metrics and participant outcome records.
Support compliance with institutional and funding requirements.
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
Training Support
Provide LMS administrative support (Canvas).
Assist with training logistics for online and in-person sessions.
Coordinate distribution of course materials and participant resources.
Support workforce development events and outreach activities.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Workforce Development, Aviation, or related field.
2+ years of administrative, program coordination, or workforce development experience.
Experience using LMS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
Strong team player who contributes positively to collaborative projects while maintaining ownership of individual responsibilities.
Must live in Massachusetts or be willing to re-locate
Preferred
Experience supporting technical training programs.
Familiarity with workforce development or higher education environments.
Interest in aviation, drones, or emerging technologies.
Part 107 certification a plus.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
