Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Designer / Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Naperville, IL.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, customer-focused, and confident in both design and sales. You will work directly with homeowners to create beautiful, functional spaces while guiding clients through the remodeling process from consultation to project sale.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients at their homes to take accurate measurements and assess project conditions
• Conduct showroom consultations to discuss project ideas, style preferences, functionality needs, and budget
• Develop custom kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 Design software
• Prepare layouts, 3D renderings, material selections, and detailed proposals
• Present design concepts confidently and guide clients through decision-making
• Close sales and convert leads into signed projects
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and installers to ensure accurate execution
• Keep client selections, measurements, and project information organized and up to date
• Provide a high level of customer service while representing our company’s standards of quality, communication, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bath design and sales
• Proficiency with 2020 Design software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Remodeling industry experience preferred
