The SME profile should additionally demonstrate deep expertise in complex administrative troubleshooting, cross-product dependencies, and mentoring TSRs on advanced configuration scenarios. A seasoned technical professional with expertise in multiple towers, clouds, tools, and technologies, this individual is an expert at solving medium to complex problems with minimal assistance. They can independently manage small-scale projects from start to finish, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. In their role as a Technical Support Representative for Hybrid Cloud Services, they possess in-depth knowledge of the client's environment, enabling them to perform daily lower-level engineering tasks, such as installing new or rebuilding existing servers, configuring hardware, and managing services, settings, directories, and storage requirements. The Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for provisioning and managing infrastructure resources using code, ensuring seamless integration, consistency, and automation in the cloud environment. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and automation tools, enabling the professional to streamline infrastructure management and reduce manual intervention.
