Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Answering incoming help requests via calls and chats.
• Build rapport with end users
• Provide resolution to a variety of technical queries and issues promptly
• Apply diagnostics tools to aid in troubleshooting
• Create and maintain project-specific workflow documentation
• Maintain updated knowledge of support processes and systems
• Ensure that all hardware and software are configured and maintained to company standards
• Responsible for ensuring all interactions meet the targets for resolution, escalation, documentation & completion

Education and Knowledge

• Associate’s degree in computer science or experience.equivalent
• 1+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• 1+ years of experience diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop and peripheral issues.
• Effective use of available technical/web references and research materials.
• Good data entry/keyboard skills: Minimum score 30 WPM, minimum accuracy 92%.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

Predominantly a sedentary light office position with a high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (100% of the workday).
