No prior experience with The Tox Technique required! We provide comprehensive, fully paid, hands-on training at The Tox headquarters in New York City, where you'll learn our proprietary method and develop the skills to confidently deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform our signature Tox treatments and other studio services in accordance with The Tox Technique, training, and established protocols.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience from start to finish.
• Review client medical histories, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure services are appropriate for each client's needs.
• Educate clients on our services, recommended treatment plans, products, and aftercare.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
• Recommend services and retail products based on individual client goals and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space while following all applicable health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Complete before-and-after photo documentation when applicable and with appropriate client consent.
• Collaborate with fellow team members and management to maintain a welcoming, professional studio environment.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing education, training, and occasional community events.
• Assist with additional studio responsibilities as reasonably needed.

What We're Looking For

Both active Florida licenses are required for this position:

• Active, unrestricted Florida Esthetician (Facial Specialist) license.
• Active, unrestricted Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) license.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check.
• Ability and willingness to travel to New York City for initial training.
• Successful completion of our comprehensive training program.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Shift Options: 4-hour and 8-hour shifts
• Availability: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Location: In person at The Tox Tampa in South Tampa, Florida
• Occasional participation in off-site community and promotional events

Physical Requirements: This position involves prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive use of the hands and arms. Occasional sitting, kneeling, balancing, and pushing or pulling equipment may be required.
