- Strong Hands-on with complex transformations, mapping optimization and debugging
- Experience in Mass Ingestion, Change Data Capture (CDC) and real-time integration
- Implement dynamic mappings, reusable components, and metadata-driven frameworks
- Optimize jobs using pushdown optimization, partitioning, and caching strategies
- Troubleshoot long-running jobs and bottlenecks efficiently
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing – Snowflake
- Drive technical decisions and solution standardization
- Take ownership of delivery and SLAs
