Roles & responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience for an enterprise data platform, from concept to final design.
- Review the current product and identify usability issues and quick wins.
- Define information architecture, navigation and user flows for complex workflows.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design easy-to-use search, discovery, request/approval and dashboard experiences for non-technical users.
- Build and maintain a visual style guide and reusable component library.
- Design AI-assisted and chat-based experiences.
- Hand off designs to developers, review builds and iterate quickly.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders through regular design reviews.
- Ensure designs are accessible and consistent across the product.
Must-have
- 6+ years of UX or product design experience, with a portfolio of enterprise or B2B products.
- Expert in Figma (prototyping, components, design systems).
- Strong information architecture, interaction design and visual design skills.
- Experience designing complex, data-heavy or workflow-driven applications.
- Experience working with engineers and product managers in agile teams, including handing off designs to developers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work Pacific time hours.

Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end UX design for an enterprise data platform, translating complex data and workflow requirements into intuitive, accessible user experiences. Lead information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs; establish reusable design systems; design AI-assisted, search, dashboard, and approval experiences; and partner closely with product managers and engineers through design reviews, developer handoff, build validation, and iterative improvements.

Base pay range: USD $135,000 – USD $ 157,500 annually. This range reflects base salary only — it excludes Incentive and benefits — and is a good-faith estimate for this level and location that may vary based on experience, skills, and where the role is performed.
