Sprig Beauty Co. is looking for an experienced, fashion-forward Fashion Stylist & Retail Associate to join our team for the holiday season, with the potential to transition into a permanent position!

We're searching for someone with a genuine passion for women's fashion, a strong understanding of personal style, and the ability to confidently style women from head to toe.

Our ideal candidate brings more than a love for clothing. We're looking for someone knowledgeable in fit, proportion, fabrics, silhouettes, and current trends who can create complete, thoughtful looks that make women feel beautiful and confident.

We're also looking for someone who is creative, comfortable in front of the camera, and skilled in creating engaging social media content that showcases our clothing and inspires customers.

This is a hands-on retail position with the opportunity to expand into private styling appointments and personalized wardrobe consultations. You'll work alongside our beauty advisors, bringing your fashion expertise to the team while helping create an exceptional shopping experience.

This position will begin as a seasonal holiday role, with the opportunity to stay on permanently based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert styling advice and personalized outfit recommendations to customers.
• Create complete looks using clothing, denim, handbags, and accessories.
• Help women discover flattering pieces based on their body type, lifestyle, and personal aesthetic.
• Confidently advise on fit, proportions, silhouettes, fabrics, and styling techniques.
• Build relationships with customers and develop a loyal, returning clientele.
• Collaborate with our beauty advisors to provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Assist with fitting rooms, visual merchandising, inventory, and daily boutique operations.
• Help style seasonal collections, mannequins, and outfit displays.
• Create engaging social media content, including Instagram Reels, styling videos, try-on sessions, and outfit inspiration.
• Be comfortable modeling clothing and speaking on camera to showcase new arrivals and styling tips.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form videos that align with Sprig's aesthetic.
• Support sales goals through genuine customer connections and thoughtful recommendations.
• Potentially offer private styling appointments and wardrobe consultations as the role grows.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in women's fashion retail, personal styling, wardrobe consulting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of women's clothing, current fashion trends, and timeless styling principles.
• Ability to style women of different ages, sizes, body types, and personal styles.
• A great eye for creating elevated, wearable outfits.
• Experience creating social media content for Instagram and other platforms is required.
• Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing in short-form videos and Reels.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and the ability to translate them into engaging fashion content.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
• Confidence working independently and taking initiative.
• A sales-minded approach without being pushy.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Availability during the busy holiday shopping season.
• An appreciation for Sprig's curated, contemporary aesthetic.

Professional styling experience is strongly preferred, and social media content creation skills are required. We're especially interested in candidates who have worked in personal shopping, wardrobe styling, or client-focused fashion retail.
