Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in site civil engineering and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado
- Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated design experience in site planning, layout, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, utilities, erosion control, and landscaping
- Strong understanding of entitlement processes and local permitting requirements
- Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong engineering judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization externally
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented leadership style
