- Proven experience with the FSO (Financial Services Operations) module.

- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing during meetings with international clients.
- Experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and defining development standards.
- Proficiency in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and ServiceNow security best practices.
Desirable:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (FSO), and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
- Experience in the financial or banking sector.
- Knowledge of enterprise solution architecture.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
