Which companies in Florida sponsor visas for talent managers?
Florida employers with a track record of visa sponsorship for talent roles include Universal Orlando Resort, Carnival Corporation, Raymond James Financial, AdventHealth, and Chewy. Large hospitality groups, media companies headquartered in Miami, and corporate operations in Tampa and Jacksonville tend to file the most H-1B petitions for talent management and human resources positions.
Which visa types are most common for talent manager roles in Florida?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for talent managers in Florida, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Candidates with multinational employer backgrounds may also be eligible for the L-1A intracompany transferee visa if moving within the same corporate group.
Which cities in Florida have the most talent manager sponsorship jobs?
Miami leads for talent manager sponsorship activity, driven by its concentration of media, hospitality, and multinational corporate offices. Orlando follows closely, with major entertainment and hospitality employers filing regularly. Tampa has a growing financial services and technology sector that supports talent management hiring, and Jacksonville's expanding logistics and healthcare industries add additional opportunities.
How to find talent manager visa sponsorship jobs in Florida?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search talent manager roles in Florida without sorting through positions that won't support international candidates. The platform surfaces openings from employers who have sponsored work visas for similar roles, saving significant time during a job search where sponsorship confirmation matters.
Are there any Florida-specific considerations for talent managers pursuing visa sponsorship?
Florida has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons used in H-1B Labor Condition Applications. Employers must still meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the specific metro area, and wages differ meaningfully between Miami, Orlando, and smaller markets. Florida's strong university system, including the University of Florida and University of Miami, also produces graduates who enter talent pipelines that some employers actively sponsor.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored talent manager jobs in Florida?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
