Designed for busy families who want convenience without compromise, Greenlight continues to innovate alongside the evolving needs of modern life. Today, more than 6.5 million family members trust Greenlight to stay in sync.
At Greenlight, we're here to make the day-to-day easier and futures brighter, so families can spend less time managing life, and more time living it. That's why we get out of bed every morning.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager, Planning & Fulfillment to build the demand planning, inventory management, and 3PL fulfillment infrastructure that will enable us to scale across our sales channels. You will sit at the intersection of Operations, Go-to-Market, Finance, Hardware, and our external partners, and you will own initiatives from unearthing data, designing processes, implementing it with partners, and building the dashboards that prove it works.
The ideal candidate has planned physical goods across D2C, marketplace, and retail channels at a growth-stage consumer hardware or CPG company, has personally set up and managed a 3PL relationship, and is comfortable creating structure in areas that do not yet have mature ownership.
Your day-to-day:
- Own Greenlight's hardware demand plan: build and maintain Greenlight’s supply chain forecast, translating marketing spend plans, promotional calendars, POS/sell-through data, and launch timelines into a plan operations can execute on
- Lead consensus planning and support inventory allocation decisions with GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Ops; maintain baseline, upside, and downside views and escalate risks with a recommendation
- Convert the demand plan into a time-phased, BOM-level supply plan
- Own Amazon FBA inventory health
- Serve as the day-to-day operational owner of our 3PL relationship: kitting/VAS scheduling, inbound receiving coordination for ODM shipments, FBA replenishment execution, retail routing-guide and labeling compliance, and packaging-consumables replenishment
- Define and enforce SLAs and KPIs with our 3PL including VAS scheduling, managing kitting cycle times, FBA ship SLA, inventory accuracy, and receiving SLA. You’ll run a structured weekly/monthly scorecard and review cadence
- Own the item master, BOM, kit SKU configuration, and packaging specifications of Greenlight’s hardware portfolio; ensure BOM changes are reflected in 3PL SOPs before they hit the floor
- Partner with Retail/GTM on new channel onboarding to define fulfillment, labeling, EDI and returns requirements before first ship
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain the supply chain KPI suite including forecast accuracy, in-stock rate by channel, inventory turns, weeks-of-supply, kit component coverage, 3PL scorecard, returns cycle time
- Champion automation of manual workflows
- Support Accounting during month-end close by reconciling inventory transactions and explaining variances
- Document the processes you build as SOPs and runbooks so the function scales beyond you
What you'll bring to the team:
- 5–8+ years in supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics operations for physical consumer products (consumer electronics, wearables, CPG, or similar), in a growth-stage or fast-paced environment
- Hands-on demand planning experience: you have owned a SKU-level forecast across at least two of D2C, Amazon/marketplace, and retail, and understand sell-in vs. sell-through, promotional lift, and weeks-of-supply
- Working knowledge of MRP/BOM-based supply planning: reorder points, safety stock, lead-time offsetting, kit/bundle SKUs
- Direct experience managing the day-to-day of a 3PL including warehouse management system configurations, kitting/VAS, FBA prep and inbound, SLA and scorecard governance
- Experience managing retail EDI workflows, including purchase orders, acknowledgments, advance ship notices, invoices, and inventory feeds; familiarity with common transaction sets such as 850, 855, 856, 810, and 846
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; comfortable with large, imperfect data sets from multiple systems
- Process-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of driving change through processes that scale
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize supply and demand trade-offs into clear recommendations for GTM, Finance, and leadership; ability to influence external partners without formal authority
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure where none exists
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on Amazon FBA/FBM operations experience, retail vendor-compliance experience, and familiarity with S&OP or consensus demand planning
Work perks at Greenlight:
- Medical, dental, vision, and HSA match
- Paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits
- Traditional 401k with company match and Roth IRA
- Unlimited PTO
- Paid company holidays and pop-up bonus holidays
- Professional development stipend
- Mental health resources
- 1:1 financial planners
- Fertility healthcare
- 100% paid parental and caregiving leave, plus cleaning service and meals during your leave
- Flexible WFH, both remote and in-office opportunities
- Fully stocked kitchen, catered lunches, and occasional in-office happy hours
- Employee resource groups

Which companies sponsor visas for supply chain associates in Georgia?
Several large Georgia-based employers have sponsored work visas for supply chain roles, including Home Depot (headquartered in Atlanta), UPS (global hub at Hartsfield-Jackson), Delta Air Lines, Genuine Parts Company, and Kia Georgia in West Point. Georgia's port activity also drives hiring at logistics firms operating through the Port of Savannah, one of the busiest container ports in the United States.
Which visa types are most common for supply chain associate roles in Georgia?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for supply chain associate roles, particularly for positions requiring a degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or business analytics. Some roles may also qualify under the TN visa for Canadian and Mexican nationals with relevant degrees. Positions that lean heavily on data analysis or systems management tend to have stronger specialty occupation arguments for H-1B visa eligibility.
Which cities in Georgia have the most supply chain associate sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta concentrates the highest volume of supply chain associate openings, driven by corporate headquarters, major airlines, and regional distribution operations. Savannah is a growing hub due to port-adjacent logistics activity. Other active markets include Columbus, Augusta, and the I-85 manufacturing corridor connecting Atlanta to the Alabama border, where automotive and consumer goods supply chains generate consistent hiring demand.
How to find supply chain associate visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search supply chain associate roles in Georgia without sorting through positions that won't support international candidates. The platform covers openings across Atlanta, Savannah, and Georgia's manufacturing belt, and lets you filter by role type and location to focus your search on employers that have an active sponsorship history.
Are there any Georgia-specific considerations for supply chain associates seeking visa sponsorship?
Georgia's status as a major logistics and manufacturing state means supply chain associate roles here often align with industrial or operational degree backgrounds, which strengthens H-1B specialty occupation arguments. Georgia Tech graduates with supply chain or industrial engineering degrees are a well-known hiring pipeline for local employers. The state's growing port economy in Savannah also creates demand for associates with international trade or procurement backgrounds, which can support sponsorship cases.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored supply chain associate jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
