Main responsibilities:

Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives using disciplined program management—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, escalating risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. -
Strategic Talent Consulting:
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on applying organizational talent and performance philosophies.
Translate data insights and industry best practices into actionable recommendations that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness. -
Process Optimization:
Contribute to the evolution of talent and succession planning philosophy, strategy, and tools.
Develop tools, frameworks, and assessments that enable leaders to make informed, consistent leadership potential and succession-related decisions. -
Change Leadership:
Build and execute change strategies that guide stakeholders through adoption and sustainment of new and/or evolving talent programs.
Develop and deliver change plans—including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness evaluations, training, and communications—to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success. -
Talent Analytics & Insights:
Use data analytics to identify trends, diagnose gaps, measure program effectiveness, and inform enterprise talent strategy.

Coaching & Capability Building:
Coach HR business partners and leaders on talent philosophy.
Strengthen talent acumen across the organization through guidance, tools, and thought partnership. -
Needs Assessment & Solution Design:
Partner with business units to assess talent needs and develop resources aligned with enterprise talent strategy.

Talent Management Generalist Support:
Provide expertise and support across the broader talent portfolio, including process design, program execution, and peak-cycle operations.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Deep knowledge of talent management methodologies and philosophies.
- Proven ability to translate talent strategy into practical, scalable business solutions.
- Strong influencing, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
- Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- Excellence in process design, project management, change management, and analytical thinking.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and alignment with ACI’s values.
- Ability to operate as an advanced individual contributor with minimal direction.
- Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- High attention to detail.
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
- 7 plus years of experience leading or implementing talent and performance management programs, ideally in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with a related degree (e.g. Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial / Organizational Psychology); Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with systems thinking and/or design thinking.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time (may vary depending on base location).
