ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and we currently have two team members, with a strong foundation in place as we continue to grow. Before becoming an agent, I spent over 15 years in the telecommunications industry working in sales, business development, and sales management. That experience shaped how I lead today — with clear goals, strong customer focus, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
I have a bachelor’s degree in business management, and outside the office I’m a proud husband and dad to an 11-year-old son. We stay busy with sports and love being outdoors, snow skiing in the winter, boating in the summer, and enjoying everything our area has to offer. I’m also very involved in my son’s sports and spend a lot of time volunteering and helping where I can.
For our team, we offer three weeks of PTO, a paid 10-year term life policy, work-life balance, and we cover all licensing costs. Our culture is friendly, customer-first, and grounded in a simple belief: we always do what’s best for the customer.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in doing quality work, and wants to be part of an agency where integrity and service come first. If you’re looking for a supportive office where you can grow and feel good about the work you do, we’d love to meet you.

Which insurance companies sponsor TN visas in Idaho?
Regional carriers, national insurers with Idaho offices, and independent agencies are the most common TN sponsors in the state. Companies like State Farm, Farmers Insurance, and PEMCO have operations in the Boise metro area. Specialty lines firms and third-party administrators also hire for TN-eligible roles. Sponsorship willingness varies by employer and role, so confirming directly with hiring managers is important.
Which cities in Idaho have the most insurance TN sponsorship jobs?
Boise is by far the largest concentration of insurance employers in Idaho, with Meridian and Nampa also hosting regional offices and agencies. Twin Falls and Idaho Falls have smaller but active insurance markets, particularly for claims and agency roles. Most TN-sponsored positions in insurance are concentrated in the Treasure Valley, where the majority of Idaho's commercial and corporate insurance operations are based.
What types of insurance roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
TN visa sponsorship in insurance applies to roles that qualify as specialty occupations under the TN category, including actuaries, accountants working in risk or finance functions, economists, and certain management consultants. Underwriting analysts, actuarial analysts, and financial risk roles tied to a bachelor's degree in a directly related field are common qualifying positions. General sales or customer service roles in insurance typically do not qualify for TN status.
How do I find insurance TN sponsorship jobs in Idaho?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find insurance jobs in Idaho where employers are open to TN visa sponsorship. The platform filters specifically for TN-eligible roles, saving you from manually screening hundreds of listings. Focus your search on actuarial, underwriting, and risk management titles in the Boise and Treasure Valley area, where Idaho's insurance employer base is most concentrated.
Are there any state-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in Idaho's insurance industry?
Idaho does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements, so the TN process follows standard federal procedures. One practical consideration is that Idaho's insurance market skews toward regional carriers and smaller agencies, which may have less experience navigating TN sponsorship than large national employers. Professionals should be prepared to clearly explain the TN process to Idaho-based hiring teams, as familiarity with the visa category can vary significantly across employers.
