Which companies sponsor visas for sales enablement managers in Illinois?
Chicago-based enterprise technology and software companies are among the most active sponsors for sales enablement manager roles in Illinois. Companies like Salesforce, Motorola Solutions, Zebra Technologies, and Morningstar have histories of H-1B visa sponsorship for business and sales operations functions. Large financial services firms headquartered in the area, including Allstate and Discover Financial, also hire for enablement roles and have sponsored work visas for qualified candidates.
Which visa types are most common for sales enablement manager roles in Illinois?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for sales enablement managers in Illinois, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and meets the specialty occupation standard. Candidates with a master's degree may benefit from the advanced degree exemption in the H-1B cap selection process. Australians may also be eligible for the E-3 visa, which follows a similar specialty occupation framework but has no lottery.
Which cities in Illinois have the most sales enablement manager sponsorship jobs?
Chicago accounts for the overwhelming majority of sales enablement manager sponsorship opportunities in Illinois. The city's concentration of corporate headquarters, B2B technology firms, and enterprise software companies in neighborhoods like the Loop, River North, and the Fulton Market District makes it the primary hiring center. Suburban tech corridors in Schaumburg and Deerfield, home to companies like Zebra Technologies and Baxter International, also produce relevant openings.
How to find sales enablement manager visa sponsorship jobs in Illinois?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for sales enablement manager roles in Illinois without wading through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can filter by state and role type to surface employers actively hiring for enablement functions and willing to support visa applications. Given the competition for sponsored roles in Chicago, having a focused list of verified sponsoring employers is a practical starting point.
Are there any Illinois-specific considerations for sales enablement manager visa sponsorship candidates?
Illinois does not impose state-level restrictions on work visa sponsorship, but candidates should be aware that sales enablement manager roles are sometimes titled differently across employers, appearing as sales productivity manager, revenue enablement manager, or go-to-market enablement lead. The role's classification as a specialty occupation can vary by employer, so the specific duties and degree requirements listed in the job posting matter for H-1B eligibility. Chicago's dense concentration of sponsoring employers generally makes it a more accessible market than smaller Illinois metros.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales enablement manager jobs in Illinois?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
