Which companies sponsor visas for sales enablement managers in Texas?
Technology and enterprise software companies are the most active sponsors for sales enablement manager roles in Texas. Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Oracle and Salesforce in Austin, and SAP and ServiceNow in Dallas have histories of sponsoring skilled professionals in sales operations and enablement functions. Larger B2B software and SaaS companies with dedicated revenue enablement teams tend to have the infrastructure and legal resources to support H-1B visa sponsorship.
Which visa types are most common for sales enablement manager roles in Texas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for sales enablement managers in Texas, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications. Candidates already holding L-1 visa intracompany transferee status through a multinational employer with Texas offices represent another pathway. Those with extraordinary ability credentials may explore the O-1A, though it requires substantial documented achievement.
Which cities in Texas have the most sales enablement manager sponsorship jobs?
Austin leads for sales enablement manager sponsorship opportunities, driven by its dense concentration of technology companies and SaaS headquarters. Dallas and the broader DFW metro are strong alternatives, with major enterprise software, financial technology, and telecommunications employers actively hiring in revenue and sales operations roles. Houston sees demand from energy sector companies that have modernized their commercial teams, as well as healthcare technology firms expanding their sales organizations.
How to find sales enablement manager visa sponsorship jobs in Texas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates searching for visa-sponsored roles in the U.S., including sales enablement manager positions in Texas. The platform filters jobs by sponsorship willingness, so you can focus on employers in Austin, Dallas, and Houston that have demonstrated a history of filing for skilled professionals in sales operations and enablement. Filtering by role and state on Migrate Mate surfaces relevant openings without manually screening through postings that do not offer sponsorship.
Are there state-specific or role-specific considerations for sales enablement managers seeking sponsorship in Texas?
Texas has no state income tax, which affects how employers structure total compensation packages, though this does not directly impact visa eligibility. For H-1B sponsorship, employers must file a Labor Condition Application certifying that the offered wage meets the prevailing wage for the role and location as determined by the Department of Labor. Sales enablement managers should confirm their job duties align with a defined specialty occupation, since roles that blend general management with enablement responsibilities can require careful documentation to satisfy USCIS specialty occupation standards.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales enablement manager jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
