Which companies sponsor visas for account operations managers in Indiana?
Several large Indiana-based employers have filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for account operations and client operations roles. Eli Lilly, Cummins, Salesforce's Indianapolis office, and Anthem (now Elevance Health) appear in DOL disclosure data as active sponsors. Larger multinationals with Indiana operations are generally more structured sponsors than regional firms, so targeting companies with 500+ employees increases your chances of finding a formal sponsorship process.
Which visa types are most common for account operations manager roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa for account operations manager positions, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, finance, or information systems. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN visa status under the USMCA if the role aligns with a covered occupation. L-1 visa transfers are also possible for candidates already employed by a multinational with Indiana offices.
Which cities in Indiana have the most account operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the majority of account operations manager sponsorship activity in Indiana, given its concentration of corporate headquarters, financial services firms, and tech offices. Carmel and Fishers, both Indianapolis suburbs, host a growing number of mid-size technology and professional services companies. Fort Wayne and South Bend have smaller but active markets, particularly in manufacturing operations and regional logistics management.
How to find account operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship status, so you can search account operations manager roles in Indiana without sorting through positions that don't sponsor. The platform surfaces employers actively willing to file H-1B petitions, which saves significant time compared to applying broadly. Filtering by Indiana and the account operations manager role category on Migrate Mate gives you a targeted list of verified sponsorship opportunities.
Are there any Indiana-specific considerations for account operations managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Indiana's life sciences corridor, anchored by Eli Lilly and Corteva Agriscience, creates consistent demand for operations roles that intersect with client management and regulatory processes, which can strengthen a specialty occupation argument for H-1B purposes. Purdue University and Indiana University produce graduate talent pipelines that some employers are already structured to sponsor through OPT-to-H-1B pathways. Prevailing wage requirements apply statewide and are tied to the specific job location and SOC code filed with the DOL.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account operations manager jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
