The role requires an on-site, in-plant presence – remote work will be allowed situationally and on an as needed basis, but the expectation of this position is that your on-site in plant presence will be required 5 days per week.
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop within Schneider Electric’s dynamic and global organization. Schneider Electric is a well-established industry leader with a worldwide presence and a track record of continuous innovation and growth.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Month End Close Activities
- Quarterly Financial Forecast
- High quality data analysis
- Preparation of Annual & Monthly financial reports
- Monthly Performance review with Plant Manager
- Lead Annual Physical Inventory
- Support for Internal & External Audits
- Participating on special projects and ad hoc financial requests
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- 2+ years of Business Finance Analysis background in manufacturing
- Well developed IT skills including, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, work ethic, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and overall positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure
- Customer service-orientation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- SAP Knowledge
- Power BI
- Business intelligence Knowledge
