ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead Maintenance Projects
- Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues
- Machine and UAP downtime analysis
- Weekly/Monthly analysis of plant downtime indicator
- Preventive Maintenance program Weekly
- Analysis of preventive maintenance
- Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines
- PM software administration
- Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures
- Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting
- Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics
- Maintenance of extraction systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering
- 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
- Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Industrial Maintenance and TPM
- Spare parts inventory management
- Personnel management / Develop team members
- Siemens PLC
- Allen Bradley PLC
- ABB robot knowledge
- KUKA robot knowledge
- FANUC robot knowledge
- VDA 6.1 Quality Systems or similar
- IATF 16949 Quality Systems
- ISO 14001:2015 / ISSO 45001:2018
