Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using state-of-the-art Large Language Models
- Architect scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise knowledge retrieval
- Develop AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, document intelligence solutions, and autonomous AI agents
- Build domain-specific NLP solutions for document processing, search, summarization, classification, information extraction, and question answering
- Work extensively with open-source and commercial LLMs including GPT, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and similar foundation models
- Select appropriate model architectures based on enterprise use cases
- Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems
- Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high level analytics solution designs
- Present analytic solutions to business audiences highlighting robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years in Machine Learning, NLP, or Data Science
- 3+ years building enterprise Generative AI applications
- Strong experience delivering production-ready AI systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with task automation or AI/ML-driven solution design is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
