We are building a modern event engine that is highly targeted, deeply integrated with Sales and Customer Success, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.

- Lead planning and on-site execution for major industry trade shows and Workday flagship events, including sponsorship strategy, booth experience, session programming, and executive presence
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Customer Success to align events to our GTM priorities and target accounts
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior sales leaders, supporting executive meetings, customer engagements, and bespoke hospitality moments
- Manage budgets, vendors, agencies, and venues with precision—balancing premium experiences with disciplined ROI
- Own event measurement and reporting, including attendance quality, executive engagement, pipeline influence, and post-event outcomes
- Ensure events reflect Workday brand standards while tailoring experiences for local markets and cultural nuance
- Act as a calm, authoritative leader on-site—anticipating issues, solving in real time, and delivering consistently high-quality execution

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.
At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email accommodations@workday.com.

Which companies sponsor visas for customer marketing managers in Massachusetts?
Boston-area tech companies are the most active sponsors for customer marketing manager roles. HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift, Klaviyo, and Wayfair have histories of H-1B sponsorship for marketing professionals. Life sciences companies like Biogen and Takeda also hire customer-facing marketing managers and have sponsored work visas. Enterprise software firms concentrated along Route 128 are another consistent source of sponsorship opportunities in this role.
Which visa types are most common for customer marketing manager roles in Massachusetts?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer marketing managers in Massachusetts, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business. Candidates with an advanced degree may qualify for the H-1B master's cap exemption. L-1B visas apply for intracompany transfers with specialized knowledge. O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated extraordinary achievement in the marketing field.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most customer marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Boston is by far the dominant market, particularly the Seaport District and Back Bay, where most enterprise tech and SaaS companies are headquartered. Cambridge is a secondary hub, driven by biotech and life sciences firms near Kendall Square. Waltham and Burlington, both along Route 128, host a significant number of enterprise software companies that hire customer marketing managers and have sponsored visas for the role.
How to find customer marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship jobs, including customer marketing manager roles in Massachusetts. You can filter directly by role and state to see employers with active sponsorship histories. Because many Boston-area tech and SaaS companies sponsor H-1B workers, filtering to Massachusetts on Migrate Mate surfaces employers where sponsorship is a realistic possibility rather than an outlier.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer marketing managers pursuing visa sponsorship in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts has a high concentration of universities including MIT, Harvard, and Northeastern that feed talent into local marketing teams, so employers in the state are generally familiar with OPT and STEM OPT timelines. Boston's competitive tech hiring market means customer marketing manager roles often require demonstrable experience with product-led growth or B2B SaaS, which strengthens the specialty occupation argument for H-1B petitions. Prevailing wage requirements are set at the metropolitan area level for the Boston-Cambridge-Nashua region.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer marketing manager jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
