INTRODUCTION
Reejig is the Work Operating System for the AI powered enterprise. We give companies a complete, validated view of their work by mapping every role, task, skill, and workflow. With this intelligence, we redesign how work should flow, surface where automation creates the highest leverage, and recommend the right AI agents for the enterprise. Every change is measured and tied to real operational and workforce impact. Inside Reejig, we build the same future we sell. We are developing our own AI powered workforce that supports our teams and our customers. This is a place for builders who want to help define how work will operate in the AI era.
THE ROLE
We work with the best customers and some of the world's most influential leaders in AI, HR and workforce transformation. We're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to make sure our customers feel connected to Reejig, their success gets celebrated, their stories get heard, and the relationships we build continue to grow. You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Customer Success and Sales, building the programmes and campaigns that engage our customers throughout their journey with Reejig. You'll get to know our customers deeply — who their champions are, what they're trying to achieve, where they're seeing impact, and where there are opportunities to deepen the relationship. And when a customer is doing something incredible with Reejig, you'll work with customer success to find the story, capture it and turn it into proof the rest of the market can see. This is an early-career role with real ownership. We're looking for someone curious, proactive, organised and customer-obsessed who wants to build one of the most important marketing engines at Reejig.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Customer Engagement:
- Customer lifecycle campaigns. Build thoughtful campaigns that engage customers at the moments that matter - from the moment they join Reejig through onboarding, key milestones, launches, expansions, anniversaries and renewals.
- Customer moments. Find ways to make our customers feel recognised and part of what we're building. Celebrate their people and the work they're pioneering.
- Customer communications. Make sure customers know what's happening at Reejig and have opportunities to engage with our thinking, products, events and people - without filling their inbox with generic marketing.
Customer Intelligence:
- Know our customers. Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to build a real understanding of every account - their organisation, priorities, stakeholders, champions and goals.
- Account maps. Keep our customer account maps current and useful. Know who we're engaging, where we have strong relationships, where we have gaps, and who else we should be building relationships with.
- Spot opportunities. Use customer intelligence and engagement signals to identify opportunities to deepen relationships, engage new stakeholders and support retention and expansion.
Customer Proof:
- Find and capture the stories. Stay close to our customers and Customer Success team to identify the outcomes, insights, quotes and moments worth sharing.
- Turn success into proof. Transform customer conversations, webinars, results and milestones into stories, testimonials, proof points, videos, quotes and sales evidence.
- Make every story work harder. Work with Content, Social, Sales, PR and Events to make sure our strongest customer proof shows up everywhere it can have an impact.
Customer Advocacy:
- Build our advocate network. Develop a strong bench of customers who are excited to share their experience with Reejig across industries, roles and use cases.
- Create opportunities for customers to have a voice. Bring customers into webinars, events, analyst briefings, prospect references, media opportunities and other moments where their perspective matters - creating opportunities that elevate them as leaders in AI work design too.
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
- You know our customers - their priorities, champions, key stakeholders and where the strongest opportunities sit.
- Every strategic customer has a current account map showing where relationships are strong and where we need to build them.
- A clear customer marketing calendar is live across lifecycle campaigns, customer moments and communications.
- We have a visible pipeline of customer stories, proof points and advocacy opportunities.
- Our strongest customer stories are consistently being turned into proof that Marketing and Sales can use.
- Customer Success, Sales and Marketing have a simple operating rhythm for sharing customer intelligence and identifying opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience in marketing, customer marketing, customer success, content or another customer-facing role. We care more about your instinct, curiosity and potential than a specific number of years.
- You are genuinely curious about customers. You want to understand what they're trying to achieve, who matters inside the organisation and what makes them excited about working with Reejig.
- You're a natural storyteller. You can listen to a customer conversation and quickly spot the ideas, outcomes and moments worth sharing.
- You're a strong writer and communicator. You can turn what you hear from customers into clear, compelling stories without losing their voice.
- You're proactive. You see the opportunity and make it happen rather than waiting to be asked.
- You're highly organised. You can keep customer campaigns, account maps, stories, stakeholders and advocacy opportunities moving across multiple accounts at once.
- You build relationships. Customers enjoy working with you, internal teams trust you, and you're comfortable communicating with people at different levels of an organisation.
- You're commercially minded. You understand that great customer marketing should strengthen relationships, support retention and expansion, and create proof that helps us win.
- You're a builder. This isn't a mature customer marketing machine that needs someone to maintain it. You'll help us build what great looks like.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Reejig is at a point of real inflection. We are building a company that will reshape how organisations operate in the AI era. The people who join now are not stepping into a role, they are stepping into a chance to build something with scale and long term impact. If you want work that changes your career and creates meaningful equity upside, this is the moment.

Which companies sponsor visas for customer marketing managers in New York?
Large technology and software companies have the most consistent track record of sponsoring visas for customer marketing managers in New York. Firms like Salesforce, IBM, Adobe, and Spotify have filed H-1B visa petitions for marketing roles in the city. Financial services companies such as Bloomberg and Citi also hire for customer marketing positions and have established sponsorship infrastructure. Mid-market SaaS companies in the B2B space are increasingly active sponsors as well.
Which visa types are most common for customer marketing manager roles in New York?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer marketing managers in New York. The role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation when it requires a bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Candidates from Australia may be eligible for the E-3 visa, which follows a similar specialty occupation standard. Canadians and Mexicans may qualify under the TN visa category, though marketing manager roles require careful documentation of degree relevance.
Which cities in New York have the most customer marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Manhattan accounts for the overwhelming majority of customer marketing manager sponsorship jobs in New York, particularly in Midtown and the Flatiron District where technology, media, and enterprise software companies are concentrated. Brooklyn has a growing presence, especially among direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands. Outside New York City, opportunities are limited, though companies in Buffalo and Albany occasionally post marketing roles with sponsorship consideration.
How to find customer marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates searching for visa-sponsored roles, including customer marketing manager positions in New York. You can filter directly by role and state to see employers who have a history of sponsoring work visas. This is more targeted than general job searching because listings are curated for international candidates, saving time that would otherwise be spent screening roles that don't offer sponsorship.
Are there any New York-specific considerations for customer marketing managers seeking visa sponsorship?
New York employers sponsoring H-1B workers must pay the prevailing wage for the role as determined by the Department of Labor, which reflects the competitive compensation levels in the New York City metro area. Customer marketing manager roles in New York are frequently tied to CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data analytics, so candidates with demonstrated technical depth alongside marketing strategy experience tend to be stronger candidates for sponsorship. New York's dense concentration of universities also creates active early-career pipelines for international graduates on OPT.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer marketing manager jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
