- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, HMI, and servo-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and external stakeholders to define interface requirements and streamline integration processes.
- Maintain precise technical documentation, including wiring schematics, testing records, and configuration logs to ensure project compliance.
- Facilitate on-site training for customer operators, empowering them to manage and maintain electrical systems effectively.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, including strict adherence to lockout/tagout protocols and industrial electrical codes during all field activities.
- Travel to various customer sites to provide hands-on technical support and ensure successful equipment deployment.
