- Exhibit the capacity to operate autonomously while utilizing sound judgment and initiative.
- Show proficiency in reading and understanding complex technical documentation, such as PLC ladder logic, hydraulic circuits, and electrical schematics.
- Apply a proactive approach to troubleshooting to help resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear and professional communication through both written and verbal channels.
- Demonstrate comfort with utilizing maintenance management software and general computer systems.
- Apply knowledge of Lean methodologies, including 5S, problem-solving techniques, and Standard Work, to improve team efficiency.

- Service and repair essential facility infrastructure, including environmental and safety systems.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Keep precise records of all completed work orders and maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the successful integration, testing, and commissioning of new production equipment.
- Utilize forklifts and other industrial machinery as necessary to complete job tasks.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts and continuous improvement projects.
- Keep management and colleagues informed regarding equipment status, production impacts, and scheduling adjustments.
- Execute emergency and scheduled maintenance on various systems, including vacuum units, grinders, robotics, conveyors, and molding machines.
