ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and process subcontractor invoices.
- Prepare and submit GLWA Pay App.
- Prepare and submit Liberty Pay application.
- Manage Change order pricing and approval.
- Write subcontractor Change orders.
- Process internal Budget adjustments for change orders.
- Reports to the Senior Project Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management processes and Procore is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate with different personalities throughout the organization.
- Two years' experience performing similar duties within the construction industry or other related fields.
- Ability to work on different software platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore.
- Involves sitting, walking, stooping, bending, reaching and lifting.
- Monday-Friday 7a-4pm EST and availability for planned, as needed events.
- FLSA - Exempt.
