- Monitor project risks and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans that support successful delivery.
- Utilize project management software and reporting tools to manage priorities, track progress, and communicate status updates.
- Assist with strategic operational initiatives, organizational changes, and business integration efforts as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
- Experience coordinating projects involving manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, technical services, or supply chain organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project for scheduling, reporting, and project tracking.
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments and compliance standards such as GMP or similar quality systems.
- Experience supporting operational improvements, capital initiatives, product launches, or process optimization projects is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
- Experience with project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or PMO methodologies is beneficial.
- PMP certification or Lean/Six Sigma training is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or another related technical discipline is preferred.
