YOUR NEW ROLE
You will be responsible for delivering commercial construction interior projects from inception through completion. Likely you would be managing 3-5 projects at various stages simultaneously and range from $500K – 5M. You will be supported by a dedicated preconstruction, accounting, and administrative team in the office, as well as a Superintendent in the field. Your primary responsibilities will include contract management, financial oversight, schedule management, along with leading all correspondence with the client and key vendors.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years’ experience working for a general contractor delivering interior construction projects in the values of $500K - $5M range.
- Ideally you will have mixed commercial construction experience including medical, retail and office.
- Have led projects as a Project Manager position where you been responsible for the full delivery of your projects.
- Degree qualified preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable with being on-site visiting job sites across the DC and Northern VA area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Base salary up in the range of $125K-$150k depending on experience.
- Sign-On Bonus - $10K-$25K
- Monthly vehicle allowance of $600.
- EZ Pass
- Yearly bonus potential - up to 15%
- Company paid Healthcare, Dental and Vision plan, with family plans available, with $0 plan options available.
- Starting 3 weeks of PTO plus holidays.
