ABOUT THE ROLE
Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Piscataway, as the Maintenance Mechanic:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on corrugating and converting equipment, including but not limited to, corrugators, flexo folder gluers, die cutters, and associated machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure the ongoing reliability of machinery and equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment improvement and optimization.
- Participate in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of corrugating and converting machinery as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright/Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a thorough understanding of mechanical drive, understand basic electricity, including motors, drives, and some knowledge of PLC.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical and hydraulic, hydraulic, pneumatic systems is an asset.
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
