About the Role
Our client, a global investment bank, is moving its HR operations onto Oracle HCM Cloud and needs a functional consultant to support the program. You’ll bring hands-on functional expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce Administration, build and maintain the queries the HR and project teams rely on, and turn business needs into requirements the technical team can build from. Much of the work sits around the migration itself: validating converted data, writing and running test plans, and making sure what lands in Oracle HCM Cloud matches how the business actually works.
If you’ve configured Absence Management and Time & Labor in Oracle HCM Cloud yourself, not only supported users on it, this is that role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise across Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce Administration
- Create and maintain queries as required
- Document business requirements for technical teams
- Validate data migration activities
- Create and execute test plans
Required Qualifications
- Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor and Workforce Administration
- Experience creating queries
- Experience documenting business requirements for technical teams
- Experience with data migration validation
- Experience creating and executing test plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud projects or implementations
- Experience working with HR systems and processes
