Build and manage cloudnative platforms using Kubernetes OpenShift Docker and AWS services.
Develop platform capabilities that enable selfservice deployment automation and application lifecycle management.
Establish and enhance CICD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub and DevOps best practices.
Drive application modernization initiatives including migration from monolithic applications to microservicesbased architectures.
Implement platform observability using Splunk Dynatrace Grafana Kibana and centralized logging frameworks.
Design eventdriven architectures leveraging Kafka RabbitMQ and messaging platforms.
Define platform standards security controls governance and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with development infrastructure SRE security and architecture teams to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Lead root cause analysis and platform reliability improvements.
Mentor and guide engineering teams on platform engineering DevOps cloudnative technologies and automation practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability reliability cost optimization and operational excellence.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have
- 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Platform Engineering or Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience in Kubernetes OpenShift Docker and containerization
- AWS Cloud Services
- Jenkins and CICD pipelines
- Java, Spring Boot based platforms
- Microservices Architecture
- Infrastructure as Code and Automation
- Kafka and RabbitMQ
- GitHub Gitbased source control
