OUR MISSION
Our mission is to bring web3 to a billion people, by providing builders with the tools they need to build exceptional onchain products. Alchemy is the only complete developer platform that offers the powerful APIs, SDKs, and tools necessary to build and scale onchain apps and rollups.
Our infrastructure powers 70% of the top web3 teams, 90%+ of web2 companies building in web3 and 100+ million end users. Our customers include top web3 brands like Polymarket, OpenSea, Circle, WorldCoin, as well as major global brands like Shopify and Adobe.
The Alchemy team draws from decades of deep expertise in massively scalable infrastructure, AI, and blockchain from leadership roles at leading companies and universities like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Stanford, and MIT.
We’re backed by the world’s leading VCs and institutions, including: Lightspeed, Silver Lake, a16z, Coatue, Pantera, Addition, Stanford University, Coinbase, and Charles Schwab, among others.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Growth PM who can own the next chapter of how Alchemy grows. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market — and the surface area is expanding fast. Our AI agent platform lets autonomous software create wallets, pay for API access in real time, and operate fully on-chain, opening up an entirely new category of user to acquire, activate, and retain. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, move fast, and build something that compounds.
You’ll have full end-to-end ownership of the growth motion — strategy, experimentation, and the number. You’ll have a direct line to leadership, high visibility across the org, and the resources to move fast and make a real dent.
- Own the full growth funnel — set the strategy, define the metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across our developer platform
- Identify and build the compounding loops that turn great developer experience into organic growth — referrals, word of mouth, community, virality
- Deeply instrument the product to understand where developers convert, where they drop off, and what moves the needle
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program — rapid A/B tests, sharp hypotheses, and a relentless focus on finding what works
- Unlock new growth channels: SEO, lifecycle, partnerships, PLG motions — and figure out which bets compound fastest at our scale
- Open up an entirely new growth surface: AI agents are becoming first-class users of developer platforms, and nobody has cracked how to acquire, activate, and retain them yet
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in product, 2–3+ with true end-to-end ownership of growth — you’ve moved a metric that mattered and can show your work
- Deep growth craft — funnel analysis, cohort modeling, experimentation design, channel strategy. You think in loops, not campaigns
- Experience with developer-facing or API-first products — Web2 (Stripe, Twilio, Vercel) or Web3, fluency in either translates
- Analytical and decisive — you build models fast, pressure-test assumptions, and act on signal
- Strong enough to align engineering, marketing, and sales around a growth motion without direct authority
BENEFITS AND PERKS:
🩺 Medical, Dental, & Vision
💪 Gym Reimbursement
🖥️ Home Office Build-out Budget
🥙 In-Office Group Meals
🧘♂️ Wellbeing & Mental Health Perks
📚 Learning & Development Stipend
🎉 Company Sponsored Conferences & Events

Which companies sponsor visas for growth product managers in New York?
Established tech and fintech employers in New York with documented sponsorship histories include Spotify, Bloomberg, Etsy, and Datadog, alongside major financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs that have built out internal product growth teams. Larger companies with dedicated immigration counsel tend to move through the sponsorship process more efficiently than early-stage startups, which may lack the infrastructure to support it.
Which visa types are most common for growth product manager roles in New York?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for growth product managers in New York, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3, and Canadian and Mexican nationals can explore the TN visa under the management consultant or computer systems analyst categories, depending on role scope. O-1A is another pathway for candidates with a strong track record of recognition in their field.
How to find growth product manager visa sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by role and state to surface growth product manager positions in New York where employers have indicated openness to visa sponsorship. Because many job postings don't explicitly state sponsorship status, Migrate Mate's filtering saves significant time compared to manually vetting individual listings across general job boards.
Which cities in New York have the most growth product manager sponsorship jobs?
New York City accounts for the overwhelming majority of growth product manager sponsorship opportunities in the state, concentrated in Manhattan neighborhoods like Midtown, the Flatiron District, and Hudson Yards. Brooklyn's tech corridor in DUMBO also has a presence, particularly among consumer-focused startups. Outside the city, opportunities are limited, though some employers in Albany and Buffalo have product roles tied to government technology or healthcare-adjacent platforms.
Are there any New York-specific considerations for growth product manager sponsorship candidates?
New York's high cost of living means the Department of Labor's prevailing wage determinations for growth product manager roles in the New York metropolitan area are among the highest in the country, which employers must meet when filing a Labor Condition Application for H-1B sponsorship. New York City is also home to several universities with strong product management pipelines, including NYU and Columbia, meaning OPT candidates are a familiar profile for many local employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored growth product manager jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
