- 8+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer, Software Development Engineer in Test, Software Developer, or similar Automation role
- 5+ years of experience in Java based automation
- 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
- BS in Computer Science or a related area, or with relevant work experience
- Demonstrated strong programming skills in Java, Selenium or other languages
- Experience enabling the teams with which you work to have high quality testing and best practices like CI/CD and PushonGreen
- Proficient in mobile application testing, web app testing, test framework maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency at identifying and analyzing the root cause of complex bugs in your code as well as others' code
- Knowledge of testNG, appium is a solid plus
- Have a passion for mentoring others and growing the careers of those around you
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and guide team members and stakeholders on automation testing
