Which companies sponsor visas for business systems analysts in Oklahoma?
Paycom, headquartered in Oklahoma City, is among the most active H-1B sponsors for technology and analyst roles in the state. Energy companies like ONEOK and Williams Companies in Tulsa also file regularly for business systems analyst positions. Healthcare employers including INTEGRIS Health and Saint Francis Health System have sponsored similar roles, reflecting the breadth of industries hiring analysts in Oklahoma.
Which visa types are most common for business systems analyst roles in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for business systems analysts in Oklahoma, as the role generally qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information systems, computer science, or business administration. Some employers also use the L-1B for intracompany transferees with specialized knowledge, particularly in larger energy or technology organizations with global operations.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most business systems analyst sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City and Tulsa account for the large majority of business systems analyst sponsorship activity in the state. Oklahoma City draws from financial technology, healthcare, and government contracting sectors, with Paycom being a notable anchor employer. Tulsa's concentration of energy companies, including midstream and pipeline operators, generates consistent demand for analysts who can bridge business operations and enterprise systems.

Migrate Mate is specifically built for international job seekers and filters business systems analyst roles in Oklahoma by visa sponsorship willingness, saving you from manually screening hundreds of postings. You can browse current openings from employers like Paycom and energy-sector companies in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Migrate Mate also provides context on which employers have a documented H-1B sponsorship history, which helps you prioritize applications effectively.
Are there any Oklahoma-specific factors that affect business systems analyst visa sponsorship?
Oklahoma's prevailing wage requirements for H-1B positions are set by the Department of Labor based on the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metropolitan areas separately, so the wage floor differs depending on which city the role is based in. The University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University produce a steady pipeline of international graduates in information systems and related fields, meaning local employers are generally familiar with H-1B sponsorship processes for this role type.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored business systems analyst jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
