Get Access To All JobsAs a Business Analyst I, you will oversee business process analysis, cost-benefit analysis, design, and simulation for projects. You will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert in MFA, authentication technologies, identity and access management, and related IT security initiatives.
This role is located with our client in the Greenville, SC area.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain client's global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication).
- Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager.
- Provide consultation and subject matter expertise on authentication, access management, and IT security topics.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.
- Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
- Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.
- Define and adhere to development standards, testing procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or Business or the equivalent of 4 years of experience in an IT application or infrastructure role.
- 3+ years of experience with IT governance and the system development life cycle.
- 3+ years of experience planning, analyzing, testing and designing IT solutions.
- 3+ years of project leadership or system responsibility experience in an IT environment.
- 3+ years of systems analysis experience.
- 3+ years experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
- Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
- Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus.
