We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Oracle HCM and Payroll expertise to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role focuses on requirements analysis, system understanding, and driving delivery across the SDLC in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams for analysis and design
- Gather, document, and manage functional and data requirements
- Lead requirement walkthroughs and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Drive issue analysis and resolution across platform teams
- Support SDLC activities from requirement definition through execution
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and PMs
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance where needed
Required Skills:
- Oracle HCM (hands-on)
- Payroll systems experience (within Oracle HCM)
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of system behavior, data flow, and dependencies
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Preferred:
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
- Exposure to financial services domain
- Experience working in global teams
