WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a member of the Network Operations team, you will work alongside analytics and supply chain professionals focused on driving operational efficiency, growing our business and better serving athletes*. You will be part of a team that collaborates across the broader North America supply chain, including Logistics (DC Operations, DC Planning, Transportation), Marketplace Supply Chain channels (Digital, NSO, NVS, NMP) and Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP).

We’re seeking a Business Analyst to help drive network-wide performance insights and decision making. The Network Operations Analyst is a curious, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
This individual turns complex network data into clear, actionable insights that improve service, cost, and quality across the distribution network. The right person is naturally curious, comfortable working with metrics daily, and able to translate findings into clear storytelling and action.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field
- 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in dashboard creation, data visualization, and report development using tools such as Databricks, SQL, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Excel
- Skilled in analyzing large datasets to uncover business insights
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
If this sounds like you, you’ll support network performance visibility and help teams stay aligned on performance trends, key drivers, and inform decisions.
- Own assigned logistics KPI’s and monitor performance trends
- Identify and flag early signals, investigate performance changes, and determine root causes
- Create clear visuals and structured updates to support reporting and decision making
- Partner cross-functionally to validate findings and ensure follow-through on actions

- Leverage data and reporting tools (Databricks, SQL, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Excel) to support the business
